InstalTrack is a SaaS platform that allows business customers to manage projects, customers, teams, files, and related operational data.
The customer is solely responsible for all content and data submitted to the service, including personal data of employees, contractors, or end customers.
The customer represents and warrants that all data uploaded to the platform is lawful, obtained in accordance with applicable laws, and supported by required notices, legal bases, and consents where necessary.
The customer must independently verify that use of the service complies with all applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and industry obligations in relevant jurisdictions.
The customer agrees not to use the service for unlawful activities, infringing content, malware distribution, unauthorized access attempts, or any use that may disrupt service performance or security.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstalTrack disclaims warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation and are not responsible for losses resulting from outages, defects, data input errors, or third-party service failures.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InstalTrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data arising out of or related to use of the service.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless InstalTrack from claims, penalties, losses, and costs arising from customer data, customer misuse of the service, or customer non-compliance with legal obligations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
