InstalTrack Mobile App Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data for the InstalTrack mobile app published on Google Play.

Request steps

  1. Sign in to the mobile app, open Account details, and choose Delete account.
  2. If you cannot sign in to the app, use the request form on this page.
  3. For security reasons, we may require identity verification before completing deletion.

What data is deleted or retained

Deleted: user account data, profile details, membership assignments, push tokens, and account-owned business data according to the ownership model.

Retained (when required): minimum records required by law (for example accounting, security, anti-abuse, or legal claims) for the legally required retention period.

Additional retention period: system backups may retain data for a limited technical period, typically up to 30 days, before they are overwritten.
